A Problem Shared...

Mentorship is based on the very simple premise that I Can’t, But We Can.  But finding the right mentor is not so simple. The right mentor is someone who has felt your pain and wanted your success.  Because only someone with the shared experience and relevant expertise can help you get to where you need to go.

At WhiteCap we believe a mentor should be someone with whom you share the tools, techniques and correct assessments which guide decision-making. It’s not about listening to every word we say and then following it to the letter.  We believe it’s about working together.  It’s about co-creating, not being told what to do. It’s a partnership, a creative, fruitful and enlarging exchange of ideas of philosophies. Mentoring is done best by those who mentor wisely.  So, choose your mentor wisely.

Steven has been the mentor I would go to whenever I had difficulty making a decision about my innovation process. He will listen attentively to the situation details and ask very relevant questions that guide and lead me to the appropriate decision. With his wealth of business and mentorship experience he helped me and our broader term to develop our idea from concept to working patented device. His valuable guidance and advice on the team dynamics has been a major help to maintain a successful team
